Delivery

1. Delivery rates

We build every mattress in our Saint-Léonard workshop and deliver it ourselves. The rate is fixed and known in advance, with nothing added at checkout.

• Island of Montreal: free delivery, no minimum purchase.
• Elsewhere in Quebec: $50, flat rate.
• Ontario: $75, flat rate.

2. Arranging your delivery

Lead time depends on the model and the time of year. Our team confirms it when you order, then contacts you to set a delivery time.

A narrow staircase, a lift that needs booking, a specific time window: mention it when you order and we will plan around it.

3. Workshop pickup

You can also collect your mattress from our workshop at 4600 boulevard des Grandes-Prairies in Saint-Léonard. Call ahead so your order is ready when you arrive.

4. Delivery fees and refunds

Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
