What we build for
When a standard size will not fit
An oversized bed, a tight space, or two sleepers who do not agree on firmness. These are the situations that come up most often in our workshop.
Recreational vehiclesRVs, trailers and motorhomes
Cut corners, rounded edges and reduced lengths. We work from measurements taken on site, so the mattress fits without forcing and leaves no gap along the walls.
MarineBoats and berths
V-berths, irregular shapes and low headroom. No shape is ruled out in advance.
Tight spacesMurphy beds and mezzanines
A Murphy bed frame dictates a specific thickness and weight. We build the mattress around the mechanism, not the other way round.
JoineryBuilt-in beds and custom bases
When the furniture is already built and nothing off the shelf fits inside, the mattress is made around it.
CouplesTwo sleepers, two preferences
On eligible models, each side of the mattress can be built to a different firmness. Nobody has to give up their comfort, and the sleeping surface stays continuous.
Four decisions shape the final mattress. The consultation and the customization are included, at no additional cost.
The dimensions
Length, width and thickness to your measurements, including shapes that are not rectangular.
The firmness
Soft, semi-firm or firm, and on eligible models, a different firmness on each side.
The materials
High-density foam, natural Talalay latex, pocket coils, or a combination of the three.
The construction
Single-sided or double-sided. A double-sided model can be flipped, which spreads the wear over time.

In store, by phone or by email. We confirm the dimensions and the constraints of your space before going any further.
We propose a configuration
Size, materials, support and firmness per side. You receive a quote before committing to anything.
We build and deliver
The mattress is assembled in our workshop, then delivered and set up in your home, with your old bed hauled away.

A manufacturer, not a reseller
Most mattress stores resell models built elsewhere, in fixed sizes. We cut, assemble and finish ours ourselves, which is why an unusual dimension is not a problem.
It is also what makes adjustment possible later on: the density or the support can be revisited if your needs change.

Does a custom mattress cost more?
The price depends on the size and the materials you choose, just as it does for a regular model. The consultation and the customization themselves are included, at no additional cost. We prepare a quote before you commit to anything.
How long does it take to receive my mattress?
The timeline varies by model and by time of year. Our team confirms a precise timeline with your quote, once the configuration is settled.
How do I measure an unusual space?
Contact us before you measure. We tell you what to record for your type of space, whether that is an RV, a boat, a Murphy bed or a built-in frame, and we confirm the figures with you before anything is built.
Can one mattress have two firmness levels?
Yes, on eligible models. Each side gets its own configuration while keeping one continuous sleeping surface.
Can a custom mattress be returned?
No. A product built to your dimensions and specifications is a final sale, for hygiene and manufacturing reasons. That is precisely why we confirm every measurement with you before building. Manufacturing defects remain covered by the warranty.
