A regular model is built in a standard size. A custom mattress is built to the dimensions you give us, including shapes that are not rectangular. Everything else, materials and firmness, is chosen the same way in both cases. See the Custom Mattress page for the details.

No. The consultation and the customization are included, at no additional cost. The final price depends on the size and the materials you choose, just as it does for a regular model. We prepare a quote before you commit to anything.

Yes. Every model comes in three firmness levels: soft, semi-firm and firm. Our team guides you based on how you sleep and what you prefer.

On eligible models, each side of the mattress can be built to a different firmness while keeping one continuous sleeping surface. Neither of you has to give up your comfort.

High-density foam, natural Talalay latex, pocket coils, or a combination of the three. Our foams carry CertiPUR-US certification. Each family has its own collection in the shop.

A double-sided model can be flipped, which spreads the wear over time. A single-sided model is not flipped and only needs rotating. Both constructions are available depending on the model.

Six sizes: twin, twin XL, double, queen, California king and king. The mattress size guide gives the exact measurements in inches and centimetres.

The size guide compares the six sizes side by side and shows how much clearance to leave around the bed. If you are torn between two sizes, call us with the room measurements.

Yes. RVs and trailers, boat berths, Murphy beds, mezzanines and built-in frames are everyday work for us, including cut corners and rounded edges. Contact us before you measure and we will tell you what to record.

The timeline varies by model and by time of year. Our team confirms a precise timeline with your quote, once the configuration is settled.

Yes. We deliver and set the mattress up in your bedroom, and we take your old mattress away.

No. A product built to your dimensions and specifications is a final sale, for hygiene and manufacturing reasons. That is precisely why we confirm every measurement with you before building.

Yes, manufacturing defects remain covered by the warranty, including on a custom mattress. To find out the terms that apply to your model, email or call us.

Rotating it regularly balances the wear, and a protective cover keeps the surface clean. On a double-sided model, flip it as well as rotating it.

Because we build our mattresses ourselves, the density or the support can be revisited if your needs change. Speak to our team and they will tell you what is possible for your model.

Yes. The Saint-Leonard showroom is open to the public and you buy directly from the manufacturer. It is the best place to compare firmness levels and materials side by side.
